• Provide a customized event calendar for Choice Hotels that allows for three separate views (by month, by date and by event).  Allow for administration of events and allow events to be categorized and color-coded.  Additionally, allow for printer-friendly content and an ability to export into Outlook using the iCalendar format.

Cambria Suites Public Relations Site

• Provide a media website for Cambria Suites (Choice Hotels) that allows the client to upload videos, pictures, press releases, press kits and link to social media and other external links of their choosing.

• Provide comprehensive search options such as the ability to search by MLS number, address, zip code radius, school district and city name, as well as property criteria such as number of rooms, total square footage, property type and more.
• Created a one-of-a-kind automated property description engine to transform MLS data entered by real estate agents into a flowing, human readable summary about that specific property.
• Includes the ability for brokers to update agent details, maintain property showing schedules and attach community information to their company branded website.
• Acquires new data daily from FNIS’s (Fidelity National Information Services) Paragon system and converts it from tab separated text files to a MySQL database.
• Used in real estate broker and agent websites in York and Adams Counties, Pennsylvania.
